Pre-Delivery Preparation
Preparation of the yacht in terms of owner supply, crew supply, and general supply. Includes ISM documentation, compliance requirements, insurance arrangements, and agency coordination to ensure the yacht is fully ready for delivery and operation.
Shipbuilding Management
Understanding the owner’s requirements and budget, negotiating and placing shipbuilding contracts, and coordinating the entire construction process through to delivery, with continuous reporting to the owner’s representatives.
Yacht Design Coordination
Collaborating with yacht designers to align with the owner’s vision, establishing clear communication protocols between designers and shipbuilders, and monitoring the design and construction process until completion.
Budget & Accounting
Preparation of capital budget proposals and monitoring of project expenditures based on milestone payments. Includes financial record management and production of audited financial statements to ensure delivery within budget and timeline.
